St. Paul tells us, “See to it that no one captivate you with an empty, seductive philosophy according to the tradition of men, according to the elemental powers of the world and not according to Christ.” There are a host of dangerous philosophies hovering out there, waiting to entrap us. They endanger our spiritual and physical well-being and are of man, not God. What’s more, our hearts radiate an electromagnetic energy that reflects the state of our hearts affect the states of other people’s heart. Simply by changing our own hearts, we can change the hearts of others and turn the tides away from empty, seductive philosophies. Here’s how to stand strong in Christ.
